We believe in the notion that We Are Wharton Women For Life and as such we are committed to enriching all aspects of a Wharton woman’s experience from the moment she considers applying, to her time on campus, and throughout her life.
Specifically, we are committed to:
- A high level of involvement in the admissions process
- Providing professional development and career exploration opportunities
- Fostering meaningful relationships (friendship/mentoring/coaching) not only between first and second year women, but also amongst all Wharton Women
- Celebrating and leveraging all aspects of our diverse experiences, skills and backgrounds
- Giving back to our community through uplifting emerging women in business
- Supporting Wharton Women in achieving and maintaining balance in all aspects of their lives
- Engaging our alumni and solidifying each Wharton Woman’s belief that WWIB is a means by which we can remain connected and involved with Wharton forever
