In addition to coaching high-potential leaders, Ora is the author of The Glass Elevator: A Guide to Leadership Presence for Women on the Rise and a featured speaker at conferences across the US, inspiring professionals to communicate with confidence and lead with impact. She is a partner in CareerBlast, a video platform for busy, ambitious professionals who want to fuel their own careers.

Ora’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA is from Columbia Business School. She is certified as an Executive Coach by iCoach NY and has advanced training in Shadow Coaching, Fierce Conversations, Difficult Conversations, Crucial Conversations, MBTI, Julie Morgenstern Time Management, Leadership Agility 360, Hogan, and Reach Personal Branding.

Ben Sands is an “executive coach," but hates that title. He’s a "professional speaker" too, but cringes at the term. Most accurately, Ben's a life-long learner, obsessed with helping the most talented men and women in the world improve in their ability to make great decisions and become leaders with lasting impact.

His Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goal? A world in which more men and women wake up, every day, energized and excited about the work they do and the life they live. In other words, a world full of healthier, more engaged, more high-performing companies, families and communities.

Ben has worked with the rising leadership teams at a bunch of big companies like Morgan Stanley, PwC, and Microsoft — as well as with a bunch of dynamic startups too, including Fifth Wall, Clara and Betts Recruiting. The common denominator among these organizations? They are all led by men and women who believe in the power of business to positively transform the world and invest in building stronger leaders across the organization to ensure that it happens.

Before starting Sands Leadership, Ben spent a decade as a management consultant — helping companies large and small shape strategy, cut costs, and improve performance. He loved it and that work became the foundation for what he does today.

He did his undergrad at Duke and then went on to receive a “practical” post-graduate degree in skiing, sales and entrepreneurship in Aspen, Colorado — where he taught skiing and ran his first company for four years.
