While the number of women holding corporate officer positions and board seats at Fortune 500 companies has increased over recent years, women still remain under-represented as business leaders. This year’s Wharton Women in Business Conference will provide a platform to explore the challenges that women face along the path to becoming leaders and the ways in which women in business have reached the top.
