Building on last year's spectacular success, this year's conference will feature inspirational speakers, engaging panel discussions, and professional development workshops.

Every year at the WWIB conference, we pay tribute to the achievements of the late Ms. Kathleen McDonald, Wharton MBA 1979, by awarding the Kathleen McDonald Distinguished Alumna Award to a deserving Wharton alumna.  Established in 1995, the award serves to highlight the accomplishments of Wharton alumnae and to build a stronger bond between alumnae and current students.  We invite you to nominate Wharton alumnae whom you believe embody the spirit of Wharton, and deserve recognition for their outstanding achievements and contribution to the community of women in business.  Nominations for the award will be taken through Friday, September 23rd. 

We hope this year's conference will serve as a forum for strengthening relations between alumnae and current students.  In the spirit of getting to know each other, we therefore hope you will join us for the kickoff cocktail event on Thursday, November 3rd from 6-8pm, which will provide a rare opportunity for alumnae and current students to meet and mingle.
