Tea Chats At the Wharton Women in Business Conference, students and potential employers have an opportunity to learn more about each other in a number of different forums. Tea Chats, in which employers host 20 minute conversations with one, two or three students at a time, allow students and potential employers to get to know each other in an intimate setting. Tea Chats were a new addition to the conference last year, and both students and employers found the event an invaluable time to share and gather information. Companies holding Tea Chats at last year’s WWIB Conference include American Express, Gillette, Goldman Sachs, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley and UBS Warburg, among others. The opportunity for companies to host Tea Chats can be secured in one of two ways: through sponsorship of the general conference or sponsorship of individual Tea Chat tables. If your firm would like to host a greater number of Tea Chat tables then your sponsorship level affords, you can sponsor an additional table for $2,000. Our members would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with and learn more from members of your company. To inquire about being involved in Tea Chats at the WWIB Conference, contact:
