Health & Wellness
Health & Wellness supports student well-being through informational sessions, physical fitness, sporting activities, and other events that optimize health, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Recognizing that WWIB members lead busy lives, H&W activities are designed to be convenient and help members achieve more balance in their lives. H&W activities also provide opportunities for WWIB members to network outside the classroom while having fun. Activities planned for this year include women-only golf lessons, yoga, weight training, massages, and health & wellness seminars.
